At Letsgo we understand that at the time of signing up you may not quite know what your Phone needs are going to be for the next 12 to 24 months, and therefore we have implemented a "fair contract guarantee".

When you sign up with Letsgo we guarantee that you will be able to change your Phone plan at anytime during your contracted period to any other Phone service on Letsgo (for a small administrative charge) without incurring a break of contract fee.

While there is no limitation on how many times you may change your plan, each change will incur an administrative fee of $30.00

12 Months: Minimum Term
24 Months: Free Setup ($99.00 off Connection Fee)


Customers wishing to terminate their Go Phone Service with Letsgo prior to the end of their minimum term are liable to pay the following:

12 Month Contract: 100% of the monthly service charges for the remainder of the first 12 months up to a maximum value of $300.00
24 Month Contract: 100% of the monthly service charges for the remainder of the first 12 months up to a maximum value of $300.00 plus a $150.00 termination fee.
Pre-Selection: Customers on Go Phone who wish to change their Long distance pre-select to another provider will incur an Additional $10 per month service charge.
